Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve (Luke 22:3). Satan's attempt to be influential in a person's life cannot be ruled out. Even one of "the Twelve" was not exempt. In fact, Judas "consented" (Luke 22:6), to the chief priests and officers' delight (Luke 22:5). "Money" was involved (Luke 22:5).
APPLICATION (1): Resist the devil. "Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world"
(1Peter 5:8-9).

The author of the above verses know too well and wrote those warnings. Peter himself encountered the devil's schemes.
In fact, Jesus revealed to Peter, "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers" (Luke 22:31-32). Note:
"Satan has asked" - isn't this a frightening request? Job too had been asked of (Job 1:6-12). "Simon, Simon" emphasises that this is serious.
"Sifting" is an agricultural harvesting process in which wheat is violently shaken in a sieve to separate the chaff (unwanted) from the wheat (wanted).
We do not know the frequency of Satan's attacks but we can resolve not to "consent" to betraying Jesus for personal gains.
APPLICATION (2): Be thankful Jesus has prayed for His disciples, that their faith "may not fail".
APPLICATION (3): Having the attitude of "turning back" in order to "strengthen your brothers" (Luke 22:32) is the best way forward to leave Satan's realm in case we find ourselves already being entangled in it.
APPLICATION (4): Stand firm and receive the kingdom. "You are those who have stood by me in my trials. And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me" (Luke 22:28-29).

撒但进入加略人犹大的心，他原是十二门徒中的一个(路22:3)。撒旦企图影响一个人的生命是真实存在的。就连“十二门徒”都不能幸免。事实上，犹大“答应”了(路22:6)，这正合了祭司长和守殿官的意(路22:5)。这里面也涉及了“钱财”(路22:5)。
应用(1):抵挡那恶者。“你们要谨守、警醒。你们的仇敌魔鬼，好像吼叫的狮子走来走去，寻找可以吞吃的人；你们要用坚强的信心抵挡他，因为知道你们在世上的弟兄，也经历过同样的苦难。”(彼前5:8-9)。

上述经文的作者因为很清楚这些情况所以才写下这些警告。彼得本身就经历了那恶者所设的诡计。
实际上，耶稣曾向彼得透露：“西门，西门，撒但设法要得着你们，好筛你们像筛麦子一样；但我已经为你祈求，叫你的信心不至失掉。你回头的时候，要坚固你的弟兄。”(路22:31-32)。注：
“撒旦已求问过”--这样的要求岂不是很可怕？约伯也曾被求问过(伯1:6-12)。“西门，西门”，主叫了两次，强调了其严重性。
“筛”是农产收成的过程，是将麦子放在筛里用力摇晃，分别那秕糠(无用的)和麦子(有用的)。
我们不知晓撒旦的攻击会有多频繁，但我们可以决志绝不为了个人的利益“答应”出卖耶稣。
应用(2):感谢耶稣已为祂的门徒祈求，叫他们的信心“不至失掉”。
应用(3):如果发现我们自己已卷入撒旦的网罗里，要离开的最佳方法就是拥有“回头”以至能够“坚固你的弟兄”(路22:32)的态度。
应用(4):站立得稳并领受王权。“我在磨炼之中，常常和我同在的就是你们。父怎样把王权赐给我，我也照样赐给你们”(路22:28-29)。
