We see in Isaiah 32 and 33 the contrast with Isaiah 30 and 31.
Isaiah 32:1–2
[1] Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule in justice.
[2] Each will be like a hiding place from the wind, a shelter from the storm, like streams of water in a dry place, like the shade of a great rock in a weary land. (ESV)
Instead of unwise reliance on Egypt by Judah and secret plans that are not in sync with God's will, we see in Isaiah 32:1–5 correct perception and assessment of what is right and wrong. Even though a human king would rule in the rough and tumbles of life on earth, God can still work through His Spirit to energise all human beings and rulers.
Isaiah 32:14–15
[14] For the palace is forsaken, the populous city deserted; the hill and the watchtower will become dens forever, a joy of wild donkeys, a pasture of flocks;
[15] until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is deemed a forest. (ESV)
The futility of managing Creation without the promptings and directions of His Spirit was evident. Dilapidation and numbing emptiness rule the days and nights. However, the next stage of spiritual growth would involve His Spirit:-
Joel 2:28–29 The LORD Will Pour Out His Spirit
[28] “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.[29] Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit. (ESV)
APPLICATION: What comes to the fore in the search for leaders, grooming future leaders, trusted aides or spouses? Would the mission mindedness to manage Creation on God's behalf according to the direction of His Word and Spirit be significant criteria of this search?

以赛亚书 32:1-2 看哪！必有一王凭公义执政，必有众领袖按公平治理。 2 必有一人像避风所，和避暴雨的隐密处，像干旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的磐石阴影。
在以赛亚书 32：1-5 中，我们看到的不是犹大对埃及不理智的依赖和不符合上帝旨意的秘密计划，而是对是非的正确认识和判断。尽管人类的君王会在尘世的崎岖中进行统治，但上帝仍能通过他的灵做工，为所有人类和统治者注入活力。
以赛亚书 32:14-15 因为宫殿必被丢弃，热闹的城市也被撇下，山冈和守望楼必永远成为洞穴，作了野驴喜欢的地方和羊群的草场。15 等到圣灵从高处倾倒在我们身上，旷野变为肥田，肥田被看为树林的时候
没有圣灵的提示和指引，管理造物的徒劳是显而易见的。衰败和麻木空虚主宰着日日夜夜。然而，灵性成长的下一阶段将涉及到祂的灵：-
约珥书 2:28-29 “以后，我要把我的灵浇灌所有的人。你们的儿女要说预言，你们的老年人要作异梦，你们的少年人要见异象。29 在那些日子，我也要把我的灵浇灌我的仆人和婢女。
应用：在寻找领袖、培养未来的领袖、信任的助手或配偶时，什么是最重要的？按照神的话语和圣灵的指引，代表神管理创造物的使命，这些是否是重要的标准？
